Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused portion of your product or unopened items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Processing and Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
